his Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree in 2013 at UT Arlington and Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2020, also at UT Arlington. He worked 19 years as a beside nurse in various specialties including orthopedics, cardiology, medical-surgical and neurological units and since 2014 he has been board certified as a Medical-Surgical Nurse with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
