Dr. Orlando Suris is a diplomat and a fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is the lead team physician at New Wellness.

Dr. Suris earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and served as Chief Resident of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Medical Center Hospital.

He’s passionate about hormones and an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is currently pursuing a board certification and fellowship in functional medicine.

Dr. Suris is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the Bexar County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association. He is married and has three children. He is also an avid outdoorsman.

Kate was born and raised in New York and has been living in San Antonio with her husband, dog, and cat for the last 3 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Brown University where she was a 4-year varsity athlete. She went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then her graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Columbia University.
