Jeffrey Hannah, PA

Owner and practitioner Jeff Hannah grew up in Hawaii with a brotherly, laid-back atmosphere. He brings that same attitude into his clinic and interactions with his patients. However, Jeff also makes sure that what needs to get done gets done. His decades of military experience have shaped him to continuously pursue excellence in all aspects of life. While he is warm and friendly, he also knows when it’s time to get down to business.

As Owner/CEO of Evolution, it is important to Jeff that his patients know that he truly understands their symptoms. During his last Iraq deployment, he realized that he was feeling fatigued, sluggish, and that his mental clarity was not where it usually was. Additionally, he was gaining weight, losing muscle, and did not have the same drive anymore. When he returned from deployment, he was evaluated and found to have very low testosterone levels. He was only in his early 30’s. During his education, understanding men’s and women’s hormones was his focus. Understanding how to fix this drove him then and continues to do so now. There are two aspects to hormone balancing: the science and the art. Jeff excels in balancing both of these well.

Before Evolution Health Services, Jeff worked as a PA for many years (including part of his time in the military). His results and relationships with patients were astounding, but he felt he had the opportunity to provide even greater care. He knew that to realize that goal, he would have to set out on his own venture. Evolution Health Services was founded to provide individualized care with frequent monitoring, with the goal of relief of symptoms.

Jeff and his wife Shellie are from Hawaii and have been married since 2017. Between them they have 7 children ages 12 through 27.
