Rebekah Wagoner is a family nurse practitioner at Wagoner Family Health Clinic, born in Minnesota. She attended Panola College for her undergraduate, obtaining an Associates of Applied Science Nursing. Since 2010 she has served the Nacogdoches area in providing quality health care as a registered nurse focusing in women’s health care, as well as, general medical and surgical care in the hospital setting. She completed her graduate work at Walden University, graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing. She is licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing (BON) as an advanced practice registered nurse and board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board (AANPCB). She is a current member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is trained in providing primary care, as well as urologic and women’s health care, with years of experience in general urology and women’s urogynecology, including managing men’s health, hormone replacement, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and reproductive health. Additionally, Rebekah has joined the Stephen F. Austin Dewitt School of Nursing team as a clinical instructor to contribute to the training and education of our future nurses.
