Before becoming a physician, Dr. Tucker served our country as a member of The United States Marine Corps and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. Dr. Tucker and his friendly staff are always happy to treat every patient with the kindness, compassion and professionalism they deserve. We strive to incorporate health education and life-style changes in our medical services to enhance our patients’ overall wellbeing.

Shaleta Ingram , CNP

Shaleta S. Ingram, board-certified family nurse practitioner, was born in Jasper, Texas and graduated from Lufkin High School in 2009. Mrs. Ingram earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stephen F. Austin State University. While working on a busy medical-surgical floor in an East Texas hospital, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2019. Mrs. Ingram is an active member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
