I’m Heidi Jeffreys, an experienced practitioner in the aesthetics field with over 15 years of dedicated expertise. Back in 2008, I made history as the first physician assistant in Lubbock to specialize in medical aesthetics.
Before starting Aesthetic Alchemy, I spent eight fulfilling years at Lubbock Plastic Surgery, and prior to that, I enjoyed an equally rewarding period as the sole practitioner at a startup med spa. This path allowed me to strike a perfect balance between work and family life, and it brought me immense joy to make my patients happy in a way that truly resonated with me.
Throughout my journey in medical aesthetics, I discovered that I’m an artist at heart, using aesthetic tools to achieve natural and youthful appearances that my clients desire. This realization ignited a deep passion to empower individuals and help them embrace their inherent beauty, becoming the best versions of themselves.
Now, as the CEO and co-founder of Aesthetic Alchemy, my mission is to create a serene haven where women can access the most advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments in the region. Beyond aesthetics, I’m equally devoted to providing treatments that enhance overall wellness and quality of life, such as bio-identical hormone therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and sexual dysfunction solutions.
Working alongside an incredible team of strong women, our vision for Aesthetic Alchemy is rooted in empowerment and support. We strongly believe in the strength of connection over competition, and together, we lift each other up to enrich the lives of our valued clients.
My academic background includes a master’s degree from Texas Tech University in 2005, where I was honored to be inducted into the esteemed Alpha Eta Honor Society. Additionally, I achieved a top 10 national ranking on my national boards. Over the years, I’ve remained committed to continuous education and training to stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field.
In 2017, I was asked to become an Allergan trainer, a role that allows me to share my expertise with other professionals in the industry. Then, in 2022, I achieved another milestone as part of the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN) trainer. Only the top injectors are selected for this exclusive network, and there are just 45 in the state of Texas and only several hundred nationwide. It’s a testament to my commitment to excellence and staying at the cutting edge of my field.
To ensure I provide my patients with the best and most up-to-date treatments, I train with several key opinion leaders in the industry, including Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Cotofana, and Heather Rypien RN. The field of aesthetic medicine is evolving quickly, and I believe that investing heavily in my own continuing education is essential to deliver exceptional results to my valued clients.
In my personal life, nothing brings me more joy than spending quality time with my children and husband. We love exploring the world through travel, indulging in outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, and snowboarding, and finding solace in nature’s beauty. I also have a penchant for gourmet cooking, playing the piano, and maintaining an active lifestyle through regular workouts.
The motivation behind bringing Aesthetic Alchemy to Lubbock was my deep-rooted desire to create a space where women feel at ease, supported, and empowered. When women feel connected and confident, they can positively impact the world around them. This vision drives me and my team to deliver an exceptional experience to every individual who seeks our services.
