Dr. Joseph Goin, MD is a highly regarded and recommended Board Certified Pediatrics/Family Practice physician that has over 42 years of experience in the medical field.
After completing his undergraduate and doctoral studies, Dr. Goin finished his residency training at the University of Illinois and Michael Reese hospitals in Chicago. His professional experience includes working in a diverse mix of clinics and hospitals and holding a variety of leadership positions, including Clinical Assistant Professor, Chief of Pediatrics, & Chief of Staff.
Dr. Goin serves as Calvary’s medical director, while also working as one of the practicing physicians at his offices, and provides strong leadership in all areas of primary care, including diabetes, hypertension, circulatory disorders, well child exams, immunizations & vaccinations, physicals, well woman exams, family care, geriatrics, arthritis, and many other individual diagnoses.
In addition to his current roles at Calvary Medical Clinic, Dr. Goin serves as the medical director for the City of Cleveland, TX, as well as medical director for the Calvary Urgent Care Team in Humble, Texas, providing urgent care services 12 hours a day, six days a week.
Dr. Goin has assembled a top notch team of providers, that are second to none, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, along with the many medical assistants and staff, that assist in providing for the needs of our patients.
He has three convenient office locations to serve patients, including Livingston, Cleveland, & Humble. He is contracted with virtually all insurances. He accepts telehealth appointments.

Ms. Livingston joined our elite team of providers at Calvary Medical in 2015. She brings with her 30+ years of education, training, and medical experience.
After completing her initial studies at Illinois State University, she went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree from Midwestern University and ultimately her Master’s Degree in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. Ms. Livingston prestigiously graduated with distinctive honors for each degree that she earned.
Her initial medical career began in the under-served rural communities of Illinois, and led her to being the overseeing Physician Assistant in the Rural Health Clinic of Carthage. She was instrumental in creating a pediatric program that gave small gifts to children upon admission, to reassure and comfort them. That program is still in place to date.
Later opportunities led her to Fort Hood, Texas where she cared for military service members and their families as a Primary Care provider. And finally settling in Livingston, TX where she continues to provide medical care to our local residents and families.
