Ms. Sharp has been with the Calvary Medical team of providers since 2010, joining the practice and bringing with her over 16 years of education and training. As of 2021, Ms. Sharp boosts over 27 years of experience in the medical field.
After obtaining her Bachelors of Nursing degree at Houston Baptist University, she then earned her Master degree of Science Nursing from Texas Women’s University in Houston, Texas.

After beginning her medical career in the Home Healthcare field, Ms. Sharp furthered her work experience at two local Independent School Districts, where she cared for the acute medical incidents of children of all ages, as well as the adult staff and employees, under the title of Director/District Head Nurse.

Shortly before joining Calvary, Ms. Sharp returned to the Home Healthcare field of medicine, where she cared for well over 100 patients and performed her positional duties as the supervising nurse case manager over the staff and employees.
She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her years of education, training, and experience with all ages and medical conditions are highly desired and we are proud to have her as a dedicated provider with our family.

Dr. Joseph Goin, MD is a highly regarded and recommended Board Certified Pediatrics/Family Practice physician that has over 42 years of experience in the medical field.

After completing his undergraduate and doctoral studies, Dr. Goin finished his residency training at the University of Illinois and Michael Reese hospitals in Chicago. His professional experience includes working in a diverse mix of clinics and hospitals and holding a variety of leadership positions, including Clinical Assistant Professor, Chief of Pediatrics, & Chief of Staff.
Dr. Goin serves as Calvary’s medical director, while also working as one of the practicing physicians at his offices, and provides strong leadership in all areas of primary care, including diabetes, hypertension, circulatory disorders, well child exams, immunizations & vaccinations, physicals, well woman exams, family care, geriatrics, arthritis, and many other individual diagnoses.
In addition to his current roles at Calvary Medical Clinic, Dr. Goin serves as the medical director for the City of Cleveland, TX, as well as medical director for the Calvary Urgent Care Team in Humble, Texas, providing urgent care services 12 hours a day, six days a week.

Dr. Goin has assembled a top notch team of providers, that are second to none, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, along with the many medical assistants and staff, that assist in providing for the needs of our patients.

He has three convenient office locations to serve patients, including Livingston, Cleveland, & Humble. He is contracted with virtually all insurances. He accepts telehealth appointments.

Ms. Fombang is a welcome addition to Calvary Medical Clinic. Coming on board with us in 2019, she brings over 20 years of education, training, & experience with her.
She began and completed her medical studies in Texas, obtaining her MSN, FNP from the University of Texas. While working in the Greater Houston area hospitals, such as Memorial Hermann, she received valuable experience with cases involving IMU, ER, Cardiac, Neurological, Surgical, Mental, Respiratory, & Family Practice (including all ages).
Upon completing a rotation with Calvary Medical Clinic during her education and training, and logging over 750 hours working side by side with Dr Goin, Ms. Fombang developed a rapport and felt a connection with the patients and staff, which led her to call Calvary Medical Clinic her home.
Ms. Fombang is board certified and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALs.

Her enthusiasm and compassion for patient care goes hand in hand with the mission of Calvary Medical Clinic.
