Flor Kneitz, APRN, FNP-C, brings over a decade of medical expertise to the table. After serving patients as a nurse practitioner for X years, Flor shifted her focus in 2022 to specialize in medical aesthetics, which aligns perfectly with her appreciation for skincare, Pilates, and indoor cycling. As owner and head practitioner of Rose Milk, Flor is dedicated to helping her patients achieve natural-looking results through scientifically validated methods and regenerative aesthetic modalities.

A first gen Latina, Flor earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UTHealth Houston and is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has trained extensively under renowned injectors in both the United States and internationally, and is committed to ongoing education to stay at the forefront of the aesthetic wellness field. Her personal health journey includes losing over 120 pounds, which increased her understanding and appreciation for transformative wellness.

Outside of work, Flor loves spending time with her supportive husband and amazing daughter.
