Dr. Morgan is originally from New Orleans, LA. He graduated from LSU Medical School and completed his residency at Tulane University Medical School. He is a fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). He served five terms as chairman of the OB/Gyn department and was chief of staff in 2007. Dr. Morgan currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Houston Northwest Medical Center.
