Dr. Baker is a native Texan, born in Austin.
He has been delivering babies and providing well woman and gynecologic care in North Houston since 1991.
He is a skilled and experienced physician and surgeon and enjoys the relationships he has developed with his patients over the years.
Dr. Baker spends time getting to know his patients and makes an effort to address all of their needs and concerns.
He uses a holistic approach to medicine and evaluates the many factors that might affect a woman’s health and wellness.

Dr. Baker has a special talent for explaining complex medical issues in a simple way and treats every patient the way he would want his mother, wife, or daughter to be treated.
Dr. Baker met his wife, Julie, in Galveston and they moved to Spring in 1991.
His son, Duggan, and daughter, Kaeli, live and work in Houston.
When he is not working, Dr. Baker enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his three dogs, hunting, fishing, watching Longhorn sports, reading, and eating good food, especially barbecue!
Judye Greer Registered Nurse Practitioner, WHNP has been providing gynecologic health care to women in the Northwest Houston area since 1988.
Judye graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Nursing and received her postgraduate education as a nurse practitioner at the University of Arkansas also.
Her experience includes hospital nursing, University of Oklahoma Tulsa Medical College Residency Training Clinic, Baylor College of Medicine Teen Clinic, and many years in the 1960 area in private practice. She is NAACOG certi?ed as a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner. Also, ANA certi?ed as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and by the North American Menopause Society certi?ed as a Menopause Clinician. Maintains all continuing education requirements for Texas licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse with prescriptive privilege and for continued endorsement by the National Certi?cation Corporation for Obstetrics and Gynecology as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Women’s Health Care.
Christopher M. McGuirk, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., is a leading OB/GYN providing state-of-the-art, patient-centered care for women of all ages throughout the Houston, TX, area. Dr. Tróchez, a Honduran native, moved to the United States for college in 2007 to commence her journey in becoming a physician. She completed her Bachelors of Science with a minor in chemistry at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She then attended LSUHSC- Shreveport where she received her Medical Degree. After medical school, she was awarded an opportunity to learn from the best, at her top pick, University of South Alabama Children’s and Women’s teaching hospital in Mobile, Alabama where she completed her training as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Her deep appreciation for the south, combined with a desire to practice in a culturally diverse area, led her to Houston!
Her passion truly lies in helping women of all ages feel comfortable, heard and well taken care of.
Dr. Tróchez believes in the importance of keeping up with current medical guidelines to provide her patients with the most accurate information and has a commitment to providing a judgement free zone in her office where all questions and concerns are valid. In addition, she also provides gynecological care for acute and chronic problems that can arise in non-pregnant women of all ages.

Following medical school, she was accepted into the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where she completed her Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Training in the Texas Medical Center afforded her an opportunity to meet and treat people from varied backgrounds, with very unique and diverse conditions.
