Raissa is an Owner of Pride Family Medicine and one of our certified Nurse Practitioner providers. Raissa has a special interest in providing personalized care to her patients. She enjoys seeing a diverse range of patients, including those pursuing bio-identical hormone therapy, affirming health care and aesthetic services. She is also a certified BioTe provider.
Surajan Panday DNP, FNP-C
Surajan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received his undergraduate degrees in nursing from Quincy College and Lamar University. After 23 years of bedside nursing, primarily in critical care, he obtained his Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in family practice from UT Health San Antonio. His goal is to provide inclusive care with a holistic and collaborative approach that focuses on the complete physical and emotional needs of patients from all backgrounds. His special interest is to be an Ally to those that identify as LGBTQIA+ and anyone living with HIV/AIDS.

Melissa Wright, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of diverse nursing experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and has a rich background spanning clinical practice and administrative roles. Melissa provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting wellness exams, and performing specialized procedures such as hormone replacement therapy. Her patient-centered approach is defined by compassionate care, attention to detail, and strong critical thinking skills.
