Brooke Howard was born and raised in the small town of Andrews, South Carolina. She still resides there with her husband, who has lived there for sixteen years. They have three children: Jay, 15; John, 10; and Isabella, 8. Brooke has been a registered nurse for over 18 years and graduated in August 2021 from Walden University with her MSN, holding AGPCNP-BC. Currently, she serves as Population Health for Your Health, providing strategic and operational leadership that supports and advances the organization’s mission. Brooke also oversees clinical and operational training programs and is developing and implementing the new Quality Assurance Team to promote proactive care and improve patient outcomes at Your Health.
