Dr. Mehta is board certified Internist and Sleep Medicine Physician. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri in Kansas City and remained there for fellowship in Sleep Medicine. She relocated to the upstate in 2018 alongside her husband and 2 small children.

Dr. Mehta has brought her vision of a transparent, state of the art clinic to reality. She is passionate about the importance of great quality sleep and how that can optimize one’s health. You can catch her around the upstate giving community talks or on the television during a local news broadcast.
