R. Blake Kline, MD was raised in Clemson, South Carolina. He holds a B.S. degree from Coastal Carolina University, SC, and an M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina.He has practiced both anesthesiology and interventional pain management. Dr. Kline has held several distinguished positions and honors throughout his career:

Atlantic Coast Spine & Pain is pleased to announce Michael Warden MD, as our new Interventional Pain Management Physician. He joined our team on July 5, 2022. Dr. Warden completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He comes to us following the completion of his Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences, where he also received his medical degree. Dr. Warden is a two-time high school state wrestling champion in Idaho Falls, Idaho. In his free time, Dr. Warden enjoys blacksmithing, strategic boardgames, cooking, gardening, and chicken farming. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Warden, his wife, and four children to the Atlantic Coast Spine & Pain family.
Brian Forbus is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. Brian was born in Montgomery, AL but spent part of his childhood in both Germany and Australia, as a self-proclaimed military brat of the USAF. He graduated from Socastee High School before completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors from Coastal Carolina University. He then graduated with his degree in Physician Assisting from the Medical University of South Carolina before finishing his training with his Master of Physician Assistant Studies through the Medical University of Nebraska, Omaha. Brian has worked as a PA in Horry County and the surrounding area for nearly 20 years. He and his wife Kristi have 2 children and reside in Conway. He is a loyal CCU alumnus and an enthusiastic sports fan of both the Crimson Tide and the Chanticleers. Brian is grateful and eager for the opportunity to serve as the primary care provider for Conway and the surrounding area with Dr. Kline and the Atlantic Coast Spine and Pain Adult Medicine team.
