Dr. Teresa joy is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been treating patients for over twenty years. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency in Kingston, New York. She went on to serve as a physician in the army at West Point and Aberdeen Proving Grounds. She settled down in Franklin County PA over fifteen years ago to be closer to family.
