Annalisa was raised in Portland, OR, where she grew a profound love for nature and all things outdoors: hiking, cycling, camping, and cross-country skiing. She studied Human Physiology and Chemistry at the University of Oregon and eventually went on to complete her nursing education at Vanderbilt University. She specializes in women’s health and believes in the importance of caring for the whole self when working with patients to optimize health and wellness. She is also passionate about providing bilingual care to her Spanish-speaking patients, having completed a medical Spanish program in Riobamba, Ecuador. Coming from a background in sexual and reproductive health, Annalisa values collaborative decision making with her patients to provide the best possible care in a manner that aligns with her patients’ goals, beliefs, and priorities. She is interested in menopause hormone therapy, sexual health, and improving quality of life by empowering women to take an active role in elevating their own health.
