Deven Elliott is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Pipeline CrossRoads Clinic full-time provider.

Deven has been a registered nurse since 2004 and graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 2014 with her Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner.

Past experience includes working in Stillwater Medical Center Emergency Department for 10 years along with almost 3 years of flight nursing experience with EagleMed. LLC.

Deven and her husband Adam have been married for 10 years and have a 7 year old daughter and a 6 year old son.

She loves spending time with her family and caring for the many animals that reside on their farm.

Randy Grellner, DO

Dr. Randy Grellner has been practicing family medicine in Cushing since 2000. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Grellner and his wife Shelley have been married 25 years and have 2 teenage boys.

He stays active in Future Farmers of America, ranching, and enjoying activities with his 2 sons.

Dr. Grellner is board certified in family medicine.

He works at Cushing Medical Specialists full time, and sees patients part time at Pipeline CrossRoads Clinic.

Courtney Elliott, APRN-CNP

Courtney Elliot is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing with Dr. Grellner in Cushing since 2003. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center.

Courtney then earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing as a FNP from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

Courtney works 4 days a week at Cushing Medical Specialists.

In addition,

she sees patients part-time at Pipeline CrossRoads Clinic.

Courtney and her husband Chris have been married 15 years and have an 8 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. She loves spending time with her family, staying in shape with the Cushing Boot Camp group, and teaching the first grade Sunday school class at her church.

Sarah Laird, MLP-NP

Sarah Laird is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Pipeline Crossroads Clinic. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2007. She then obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 from Oklahoma City University, and her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, from University of Nebraska Medicine (Clarkson College) in 2016. Sarah’s background in nursing includes oncology at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, and emergency medicine at Stillwater Medical Center.

Sarah and her husband Cody live on their farm and ranch in Morrison, OK. They have three children. Her hobbies include being outdoors, spending time with family, fishing, sports, and anything having to do with OSU athletics.
