Jeremy Logsdon, APRN-CNP

Jeremy Logsdon is the lead provider at Alva Health and Wellness and has been in the medical field since 2001. Jeremy began his career as a Combat Medic in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. He quickly advanced in his career as a nurse at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid. He served in various roles and was a dedicated employee for 17 years before he and his family relocated to Alva. Jeremy was accepted to the University of Oklahoma family nurse practitioner program in 2016 and completed his degree in 2019. Upon graduation Jeremy was recognized as the “Outstanding Graduating Student”, awarded by The University of Oklahoma College of Nursing. Since graduating Jeremy has provided excellent medical care for Alva and the surrounding areas. Jeremy was nominated as Alva Citizens Choice Healthcare Professional in 2020. Jeremy is excited to offer Family Medicine Services in his hometown of Alva. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, Goldbug basketball, traveling, camping, and hunting.
