Rachel has been working in medicine since 2005, when she received her BSN from the University of Massachusetts Boston, graduating with honors. Rachel then worked as a Registered Nurse, in Boston, in many different areas, including pediatrics, critical care, ambulatory care and as a clinical instructor to student nurses. In 2016, Rachel received her MSN from Maryville University, graduating with honors and as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She received her Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the ANCC.
Soon after receiving her master’s degree, she left Boston to pursue work in Regenerative Medicine in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This passion for non-surgical, natural therapies for chronic pain relief prompted Rachel to form Marino Health & Wellness in 2019. She wanted to take her knowledge and expertise to her local community in Southern New Hampshire. She believes strongly in the body’s ability to heal itself, which is why they offer options that are natural and minimally invasive, as opposed to steroid injections and surgical intervention.
Rachel has expanded her role and certifications over the years to include multiple treatment options for bio-identical hormone replacement, anti-aging, hair loss, body fat reduction, men’s and women’s sexual wellness and nutritional deficiencies. As a Nurse Practitioner run clinic, there is a strong emphasis on listening to clients’ needs, having compassion and a general desire to help others while searching for root cause.
Rachel is also a key opinion leader and speaker for Alma lasers and travels the country to teach Advanced Master Courses and how to properly utilize multiple laser devices.
