Dr. Laura Hudson DNP, FNP-C, APRN,
is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing holistic health care in a comfortable privately-owned office-based setting. Dr. Laura opened Compass Family Health in 2018 with the intent to focus on whole-person wellness while working with her patients to guide and empower them as they help their body function at its best. After providing functional medical care for a year, Dr. Hudson decided to become a Certified BioTE Provider, and in March 2019 she opened the first clinic in New Hampshire to offer BioTE Hormone Optimization.
As a teaching clinician, Dr. Hudson has taught hormone management to many of her student interns and fellows, and became a BioTE certifying proctor in 2020. Typically, new patients are not scheduled with Dr. Laura, but she 5 additional BioTE certified providers who use BioTE hormone therapy to help Compass patients achieve optimal hormone levels.
Susan Gosselin MSN, FNP-C, APRN is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her Nursing career as a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Research Nurse at the Children’s Clinical Research Center at Yale New Haven Hospital, and has held many positions throughout her career as a Nurse Practitioner. Sue began working at Compass Family Health in 2019 after accompanying a friend to their pellet appointment at Compass Hormone Health. Sue quickly became interested in hormone optimization and in 2020 she became a BioTE Certified Provider under the tutelage of Dr. Hudson. Sue works part-time at the office providing new and recurring hormone management.
Brittany Beaumier MSN, AGNP-C, APRN is a Board-Certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner who studied under Dr. Hudson while she was completing her Nurse Practitioner Internships. After graduating from her program, Brittany was chosen to participate in a local Nurse Practitioner Fellowship, which allowed her to begin working at compass in 2022. Shortly after joining the team, Brittany became a BioTE Certified Provider, who has been using BioTE Hormone Optimization as a way of enhancing the health her patients. Brittany works at the clinic full-time and is currently taking new patients, while working with many established clinic patients as well.
