cardiology, allowing her to approach patient care with a comprehensive,
whole-body perspective.

Laura proudly served in the United States Army Nurse Corps, where she
developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence, leadership, and
evidence-based care. Through her years in medicine, she saw firsthand
how unbalanced hormones can impact energy, mood, metabolism, sleep, and
overall quality of life—often going unrecognized or undertreated.
