Dr. Ed Ford is family practice physician with over two decades of medical expertise. After graduating high school in his hometown of Lexington, Dr. Ford went on to earn his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Michigan. He then graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1999 and completed his residency there as well. Dr. Ford gained invaluable experience in Family Medicine through his rural training from 1999-2002.
Since joining the Plum Creek staff in 2002, he has become well-versed in preventative care, chronic disease management, infectious diseases, and is certified for Biote Hormone Replacement therapy.
When he’s not caring for patients, you can find Dr. Ford spending time with his wife and three kids or pursuing hobbies like piloting, fishing, hunting, and golf.
Adam Dannehl, PA-C
Physician Assistant at Plum Creek Medical Group
Adam Dannehl is a dedicated Physician Assistant with expertise in general family practice, preventative medicine, rural medicine, hormone therapy, and the management of chronic health conditions. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University and went on to complete his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Adam has been a valued member of Plum Creek Medical Group since June 2016, where he provides compassionate care to his patients in the Lexington area.
Originally from Bertrand, Adam grew up on his family’s farm and now resides in Lexington with his son, Sawyer. In his free time, Adam enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and golfing, and he takes an active role in helping with the family farm. He also cherishes quality time with family and friends at Johnson Lake.
