Stephanie Raven, ND
I am Dr. Stephanie Raven (she/her/hers). I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Herbalist. Some of my primary clinical focuses include sports medicine, chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, digestive health, hormonal health and burnout. I also provide gender affirming care, including hormone therapy. I practice trauma-informed care and strive to create a welcoming clinical environment for patients of all ages, genders, and body types
I believe that community is critical to our wellbeing. Community has been de-emphasized in our current culture, which has been to our detriment. One of my primary goals with Aralia Health is to offer accessible and affordable healthcare to our local communities. I believe that we should all be equipped with the skills to improve the health of ourselves, our families, and our communities.
Many of the medicinal herbs and natural medicine modalities that I utilize have roots in Indigenous healing practices. I recognize that I am practicing on the unceded territories of the Salish, Kootenai, and Kalispel people. As I continue these practices, I honor their origins and the original bearers of this wisdom.

Payton Robertson, ND
I’m Dr. Payton Robertson (he/him/his), and I’m thrilled to share my journey and passion for naturopathic medicine with you! Born and raised in Havre, MT, I embarked on this path to blend the best of natural and conventional medicines, empowering patients to achieve their health goals.
My clinical passion lies in enhancing longevity—extending not just the years of life, but the quality of those years. In today’s world, the rise in chronic diseases poses a significant challenge to achieving longevity. The most common chronic diseases include atherosclerosis (clogged blood vessels), cancer, neurodegenerative diseases (like Alzheimer’s), and metabolic diseases (including hyperinsulinemia, fatty liver, and diabetes). Shockingly, these conditions account for over 80% of deaths in individuals over 50.
Our current healthcare system primarily focuses on treating chronic diseases after they develop. My mission is to shift that focus to prevention. By utilizing evidence-based labs, fitness tracking, nutrition, herbal remedies, supplements, pharmaceuticals, and exercise prescriptions, I aim to prevent these diseases before they take hold.
Additionally, I have a strong focus on men’s health, peri/post-menopausal hormone replacement therapy, high blood pressure, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, weight management, high cholesterol, digestive disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, and sports medicine.
I firmly believe that health is invaluable, and with the right team, you can significantly improve your well-being, age gracefully, and build resilience against modern chronic diseases. Let’s work together to achieve your health goals and live your best life!
