Sophai Thach, NP

’ve been a RN for 9 years and a NP for 3 years. I started out in home health which sparked my interest in preserving youth which to me meant health and physical function. I worked in hormone replacement therapy when I became a NP because I saw how much hormones dictate physical functionality. When I was introduced to aesthetics, I began to see how self perception affects behavior. When people feel good about their appearance, it improves their mood and helps them make better choices which in turn affects their health. I try to make taking care of my body and aging well part of my hobbies. On days that I’m not playing volleyball and doing aerial silks, I would run or walk. My love for beauty manifests itself into my love for travel. I think the most beautiful thing in this world is this world. I’ve been to Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Greece, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia. I’m planning on going to more before this year is over.
