Cindy Butler, BSN, RN

Hello! I’d like to introduce myself as the newest member of Riverside Medical.

My name is Cindy Butler. I am a Registered Nurse with thirty-two years of experience.

I received my Associated Degree in Nursing Science from Lincoln University in 1991 and continued my education receiving my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Methodist University.

My nursing background includes pre-hospital, surgical orthopedics, emergency, cardiac cath lab, ICU, and nursing management. I also continue to serve on the Ozark Central Ambulance and volunteer with Belle Rural Fire Protection District. I have always been an adrenaline junky and have never completely been able to give up my EMS ambition.

I have been married to Frank Butler for 23 years and am the mother of 4 children. I’ve also been blessed with 7 grandchildren thus far. I enjoy spending time with family & friends, being outdoors hunting and fishing, volunteer work, and photography. My husband is a cattle farmer which brings additional adventures to my daily living.

Those that know me best describe me as honest, dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate. Through self-reflection, I discovered that what fuels me is helping others.

My drive to support others led to the development of the nonprofit group, The Ya Yas of Belle, whose mission is to aid those fighting chronic diseases (primarily cancer) with fuel credit for treatments.

I am very excited and feel blessed for the opportunity to return to clinical nursing with Riverside Medical.

This opportunity will allow me to use my knowledge, skill set and my own personal health journey to help others feel their very best and live life to its full potential and fuel myself at the same time.

Caisie Nowack, DNP, FNP-C

Greetings, I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner. I obtained my Doctor of Nursing through Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois. I have worked as a registered nurse for over twenty years in the areas of long-term care, emergency nursing, home health & hospice, pediatrics, case management, wound care & infectious disease, and as a clinical nurse educator. Additionally, I am certified in weight loss, hormones, addition/recovery, infusions, & skin management. I operate two clinics, Ozark Rural Health Care, located in Rolla, Mo. which focuses on primary care coupled with addiction & recovery treatments. In 2022, Riverside Medical, a hybrid clinic, was founded to offer affordable solutions for a variety of health & aesthetic conditions. As a provider, I personally know the struggles regarding fluctuating weight, fatigue, & ever-changing skin care. Research is very important to my team of experts, we utilize a variety of resources to learn & expand our knowledge regarding weight loss, hormones, energy, peptides, hair loss, acne, aging, & dark spots to name just a few conditions. I can assure you; we will continue to network with elite pharmacies to ship prescriptions right to you in a confidential manner. I am proud & excited to offer a variety of solutions (injectables, oral, pellets, & topicals) to help meet your health journey goals. Obesity & fatigue are chronic conditions & should be managed as such. Coming from a 20 yr.(plus) background in healthcare management, my personal commitment to clients is to listen & engage in your trials & successes! Communication between providers & patients is key in developing unique individualized treatments to achieve healthcare goals. On a personal note, I enjoy volunteering, networking, & providing community resources. Ashlee Jenkins, RN

Ashlee has many years of nursing experience in our community; quality control, holistic wellness (yoga/nutrition), geriatric care, with acute & chronic disease management, with an emphasis on infusions & injections.

I’m Ashlee. I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, wife, and mom. I also teach yoga and have been a longtime advocate for holistic wellness. I have been a practicing nurse nearly 20 years spending my career working at the bedside caring for our community’s elderly and spent the last several years in healthcare leadership.

I truly believe all people have a right to feel well no matter their stage of life. This belief has changed my own personal life journey from obesity and nearly missing the stage of life of managing chronic diseases myself.

What does that mean for you? Well, I help you establish or supplement your wellness with foundational habits for your physical, mental, and spiritual health. I know through experience that when we feel well in our minds and our bodies, we are more capable of experiencing joy and creating meaningful change in our lives and the world around us.

Ashley Gray, RN

Hello, my name is Ashley Gray. I am a Registered Nurse with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Central Methodist University. I have enjoyed nursing for nearly half of my life, my focus being in critical care, management and education.

I am a wife to Aaron Gray, who always strives to support my dreams and a mother of 4 boys and 1 girl.

I enjoy the little things in life, spending time with family and friends, playing with my littles, reading, antiquing, decorating.

As I have gotten older and entering a new phase of life, I have gained more joy by shifting my focus to things that are going to enhance my future self, physically, spiritually and emotionally. I am an everyday work in progress, bringing out the best version of myself. My dream is to also help others express their best version as well!
