Kirsten Connell, DNP,

FNP-BC is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in wellness and bioidentical hormone replacement at Aurora. She received both a bachelor of health science and bachelor of science in Nursing from the University of Missouri. With a passion for learning and helping others, Kirsten continued her education by earning her doctoral degree through the Sinclair School of Nursing.

Kirsten’s background encompasses critical, pre/postoperative care, and orthopedic surgery. While working in each of these areas, she witnessed the negative implications of chronic disease. With a desire to make a difference through early recognition and intervention, her passion for preventative medicine grew. Kirsten is a strong believer that beauty is more than skin deep. At Aurora, she aims to restore her patient’s confidence, health and happiness through a customized approach. Kirsten looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and is excited to offer these services to Columbia and the surrounding areas.
