Jennie is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, with over 10 years of experience treating patients in a multitude of clinical settings, including hospitals, private practice, urgent cares, and emergency medicine. All while crafting and perfecting a passion and love for treating patients in the esthetic field of injectables.
Jennie is a Regis College graduate, initially obtaining her BSN, while working in the field she returned 5 years later to continue her education at Regis College graduating top of her class, with her Masters degree in Nursing and Science.
Jennie has prided herself in the art of helping her clients achieve a natural enhancement, by offering a youthful and rejuvenating approach to enhance and preserve their natural beauty.

At a young age, Ashley confidently learned her passion was caring for others. She truly understood the importance of making each person she cared for feel their very best – equipped with her warm and witty personality. Ashley wanted to make caring for others her lifelong career and thus earned her BSN in 2015 at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
While working as a heart failure RN, she became inspired over time by her patients and the adversities she watched them face first-handedly. Her passion became caring for each person as a holistic whole; inside and out: Mind, Body, and Spirit. Aesthetic Nursing gave her that opportunity and she pursued its journey.
Ashleys main focus is to have a safe space allowing her clients to come forward openly with their vulnerabilities, insecurities,
and struggles, while walking away feeling confident and beautiful in their own unique way. With guided expertise through the nursing lens and her healing hands, Ashley gives you exactly what you need to feel comfortable in your already beautiful body and skin.
Cailin is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Clinical Lead at MD Esthetics in North Andover, MA. She earned her BSN at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and her MSN at MCPHS University. Her specialties have included medical-surgical nursing, emergency medicine, cardiovascular genetics, and most recently, aesthetics. Cailin has always had a passion for aesthetics; she prides herself on listening to her patients in order to provide individualized healthcare plans and optimal treatment/management strategies.
Cailin’s determination to learn motivated her to continue her education and attend NP school. After passing her NP boards, she worked at Boston Children’s Hospital until she fully transitioned into her role as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Cailin yearns to help her patients feel and look their best, both inside and out. She sees great value in spending time educating her patients.
She completed a master’s level injector course through MD Academy, where she learned facial assessment, rejuvenation, and optimization through use of neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Cailin is also trained in various, advanced lasers, including ablative and non-ablative for facial resurfacing, skin tightening, and collagen building, and in weight loss treatments. She is now a certified BioTE, bioidentical hormone replacement provider.
When Cailin is not working, she spends her time working out, spending quality time with family and friends, and staying up-to-date on the latest research, literature, and evidenced-based practice available.
