Megan Lagerval is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) specializing in aesthetic and wellness medicine. With a master’s degree and advanced aesthetic training, I offer treatments like neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, and CO2 laser resurfacing. My focus is on achieving natural, balanced results. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, bodybuilding, and hiking.
Cailin is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Clinical Lead at MD Esthetics in North Andover, MA. She earned her BSN at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and her MSN at MCPHS University. Her specialties have included medical-surgical nursing, emergency medicine, cardiovascular genetics, and most recently, aesthetics. Cailin has always had a passion for aesthetics; she prides herself on listening to her patients in order to provide individualized healthcare plans and optimal treatment/management strategies.
Cailin’s determination to learn motivated her to continue her education and attend NP school. After passing her NP boards, she worked at Boston Children’s Hospital until she fully transitioned into her role as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Cailin yearns to help her patients feel and look their best, both inside and out. She sees great value in spending time educating her patients.
She completed a master’s level injector course through MD Academy, where she learned facial assessment, rejuvenation, and optimization through use of neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Cailin is also trained in various, advanced lasers, including ablative and non-ablative for facial resurfacing, skin tightening, and collagen building, and in weight loss treatments. She is now a certified BioTE, bioidentical hormone replacement provider.
When Cailin is not working, she spends her time working out, spending quality time with family and friends, and staying up-to-date on the latest research, literature, and evidenced-based practice available.
