Her training is extensive in functional and integrative care models through the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine. The creation of Evolution Health Berkshires was born out of an experience of deep loss and grief. Jen understands how the demands of life can shift an individual’s focus in profound ways. She is beyond passionate about your health and the importance of it in your life.

Jen lives with her husband and two dogs in the Berkshires. She enjoys minimalist global travel, front-row seats on roller coasters, 80’s music, long walks in the woods with her dogs, and enjoying a hot oat milk latte at local coffeehouses with longtime friends, and new ones too.
