Dr. Tateoka graduated with her Doctorate as an Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Utah in 2016.
She has extensive experience in Hospital Medicine & Perioperative Medicine.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she served as an active-duty Navy Emergency/Trauma Nurse.
She has served three overseas deployments, and continues to serve as a Commander in the United States Navy Reserves.
Dr. Tateoka decided to venture away from traditional medicine into the Medical Aesthetics Industry in order to improve access to medical weight-loss services, non-invasive, and minimally invasive medical aesthetic procedures in the North-Central Massachusetts region.
She obtained further training in Scottsdale, AZ with the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM), Boston, MA with Empire Medical, and Providence, RI with PCASkin. She seeks to
provide services that improve the health and quality of life of those living in her community and the surrounding areas.
Gia (Pavone) Melanson, RN

Gia Melanson is well-known in the local community.
Prior to becoming a nurse, she was a respected an sought-after hair stylist and beautician.
Despite her success in the beauty industry, she decided to further her education at Mount Wachusett Community College, and obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing.
She has been a Registered Nurse for over twelve years, and has significant experience working with orthopedic, medical, and surgical patients.
She has most recently found a love for aesthetics, and obtained her injector and filler certifications from The Ho Academy in Northampton. Gia enjoys bringing beautifying and confidence-building services to people that make them light up and feel better!
