Dr. Walter is a clinical instructor for the University of Massachusetts Medical School, a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Board of Emergency Medicine, a member of the Faculty of the American College of Emergency Medicine, and a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians, as well as the American College of Emergency Physicians. He has received specialized aesthetic training at the Anti-Aging Institute in Texas, as well as being trained in VASER techniques at the Advanced Body Institute in Colorado. A graduate of the Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Walter is also board certified in Emergency Medicine and works in the Emergency Department at Emerson Hospital in Concord.
A former president, board member and national councilor of the Massachusetts College of Emergency Physicians, he has received their Distinguished Service Award, President Award and Vanguard Award in recognition of his service to patients and emergency medicine. Dr. Walter has also worked extensively with the state Department of Public Health to help implement the Massachusetts Stroke Service Center Program for hospitals and improve emergency medical services across the state. Dr. Walter is proud to be offering BioTE for hormone optimization.
Angela Lamothe is a Board certified Family Nurse practitioner and is the Medical Director at MD Esthetics in Windham, NH. She has over 20 years of nursing experience and has been an NP for over 10 years. Early in her career as an LPN, Angela knew she wanted to continue her education and work to promote clinical excellence.
She went on to earn her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Rivier University and graduated with high distinction. Her specialties have included medical-surgical nursing, cardiology, perioperative medicine, Gastroenterology, and esthetics.
She loves to work with patients to address their anti-aging goals as well as address any specific concerns from acne to lesions to fine lines, and uses her training in general dermatology to complement her work in esthetics. She has injectable training through the Aesthetic Medical Educators Training programs as well as SWIFT Beauty. She has worked very closely with Dr. Pedro over the past 3 years to become a master in facial assessment with a focus on facial optimization and facial rejuvenation.
Board-certified anesthesiologist Michael Pedro, MD, and his wife, Danielle, founded MD Esthetics in 2018 with the goal of making their patients more confident. Dr. Pedro believes the keys to building confidence through natural beauty are by educating patients on how the aging process is affecting them through a comprehensive consultation, developing a long-term treatment plan, maintaining high standards of quality, and utilizing evidence-based research and years of clinical expertise.
He also understands that patients may be fearful of “looking fake” and, therefore, apprehensive about receiving treatment. To help overcome these fears, he uses the “Golden Ratio” to ensure your proportions are harmonized and then creates a tailored cosmetic treatment plan to meet your individual needs.
Five years ago, Dr. Pedro was introduced to the field of medical esthetics and quickly fell in love with the industry. He completed his first injectables training at the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, received several private trainings, has been mentored by Erika Barry (ie: Injector Bunny), and completed SWIFT Beauty’s Master Injectables Course. He is also known for combining his anesthesia knowledge and skills with medical esthetics to improve patient safety and outcomes. Dr. Pedro received his undergraduate degree from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and attended medical school at Saba University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, and is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He was the former Chief Medical Officer for Vyaire Medical, a world leader in respiratory devices, and has published numerous studies in prestigious medical journals and presents at medical conferences worldwide.
