Hannah is from Lafayette with family roots in Acadia Parish. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She completed graduate school at Mississippi College where she attained her Masters of Medical Science. She also completed her Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Xavier University of Louisiana. She has clinical experience in Integrative Medicine and Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Hannah is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed to practice by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She is an active member of Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistant (LAPA) and American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA). Hannah is also certified as a BIOTE provider, specializing in personalized care plans and precision treatments to health you age healthier with hormone optimization.

Hannah is married to husband, Conner Horton and has recently moved to the Bossier City area. Hannah is excited to begin her new journey at SureAccess MD and contribute to all that they offer. When Hannah is not working, she enjoys being on a boat soaking up the sun, spending time with her three nieces, and making plans for her next adventure.
