Dr. Fussell received her undergraduate degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. She then returned home to complete her medical education at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. There, Dr. Fussell was a recipient of the Patrick Taylor Foundation scholarship for primary care. Dr. Fussell completed her residency at LSU Rural Family Medicine Residency in Bogalusa, LA where she served as chief resident. Dr. Fussell and her husband Brad, a native of Covington, have two daughters – Frances and Camille.
Dr. Fussell is dedicated to creating individualized treatment for her patients to improve disease outcomes and ultimately enhance quality of life.
