Mrs. Scales received her undergraduate degree from Murray State University in Murray, KY in 2002, and a Post-Masterâ€™s Certificate Family Nurse Practitioner program certification in 2008 from Murray State University in Murray, KY. Inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society in 2001. Professional Affiliations include but not limited to: American Nurses Credentialing Center, Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Midwives, National Association of Orthopedic Nurses. Mrs. Scales is a BioTE Hormone Replacement Certified Provider and is licensed in the state of Kentucky as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Previous practice experience includes orthopedic surgery, hospital medicine, and functional medicine.
