Professional Affiliations include but not limited to: American Nurses Credentialing Center, Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Midwives, National Association of Orthopedic Nurses. Mrs. Scales is a BioTE Hormone Replacement Certified Provider and is licensed in the state of Kentucky as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Previous practice experience includes orthopedic surgery, hospital medicine, and functional medicine.
