Timothy Beacham, MD, FASA: Timothy J. Beacham, MD, FASA is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine (UMMC) in Jackson, Mississippi. He completed his internship and residency in Anesthesiology at UMMC. Dr. Beacham is double board certified in Interventional Pain Management and Anesthesiology. Before establishing Restorative Pain Institute, he was the Managing Partner of Vitality Pain Center. He has also served as Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology/Pain Medicine at UMMC, Regional Director for Capitol Pain Institute for Kentucky, and Medical Director of Comprehensive Pain Specialist for Mississippi and Kentucky.
Dr. Beacham has a distinguished career in organized medicine that includes being President of several organizations including the Mississippi Society of Anesthesiology, Mississippi Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the Mississippi Medical and Surgical Association. He has served in several leadership roles and on several boards of trustees and medical executive committees. His several awards include being selected as a Louisville Business First Heath Care Hero 2024, Mississippi Business Journal Top 40 Under 40, Who’s Who in Physician and Executives of America, America’s Top Physician: Pain Medicine, and the Excellence in Medicine AMA Foundation 2010 award. He is also a certified BioTE Hormone Replacement provider. Dr. Beacham brings a wealth of knowledge, caring, and experience using an integrated and balanced approach to help patients regain function and rejoin life.
Dr. Beacham is known for his empathy, compassion, and attention to patients. He believes that actively listening to patients assists in trust building and educating patient. This approach of shared knowledge supports customized, individual treatment plans.

Anne Powell, APRN FNP-C: Anne has been a Registered Nurse since 2006 with a 30-year Healthcare background including Certified Pharmacy Technician, ICU Nursing, and Emergency Room Nursing. She obtained her associates’ degree from Jefferson Community College in Louisville, her Bachelors and Masters from Indiana Wesleyan University. Anne completed her Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018 and has worked in Pain Management for 5 years, 4 of which with Dr Beacham.

Anne brings a wealth of professional experience to her role as a Registered Nurse, with an extensive 30-year background in the healthcare field. Her diverse expertise encompasses roles as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, ICU Nurse, and Emergency Room Nurse. She earned her Associates’ Degree from Jefferson Community College in Louisville, followed by the successful completion of her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Indiana Wesleyan University.

In, 2018, Anne achieved her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification, further enhancing her capabilities in the field. She has dedicated five years to specializing in Pain Management, four of which have been spent collaborating with Dr. Beacham. Moreover, Anne holds a BioTE Hormone Replacement certification, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of healthcare advancements.

Jennifer Walters, PA-C: Jennifer has been an assistant physician since the year 2000. She received her bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University, followed by a degree in physician assistant studies at UTMB Galveston. She spent her first four years of practice in emergency medicine in Houston. She worked in cardiology for 17 years in downtown Louisville. She’s been practicing pain management for the last two years with Dr Beacham. Jennifer holds a BioTE Hormone Replacement Certification.
