Francie Ekengren, MD

Dr Ekengren has worked as an Emergency Department physician for over 20 years. She is also the president and chief executive officer of Mid-Kansas Wound Specialists, and the medical director and physician for Aesthetic Solutions.

Dr. Ekengren received her medical education from University of Kansas School of Medicine. She returned to Wichita and completed her medical residency in family practice at Wesley through the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita.

She is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita.

She has received the Kansas Health Ethics Award and HCA Frist Humanitarian Award. She has provided a number of educational presentations to professional and community audiences.

Dr. Ekengren’s community activities have included serving as a volunteer physician at Good Samaritan Clinic, an elder at Grace Presbyterian Church, a medical missionary volunteer in the Dominican Republic and a participant in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure as a survivor.

She and her husband have two sons and a daughter.

Tina Sholl, APRN

Tina started her nursing career in the Emergency Room in rural Oklahoma in 1994. She earned her BSN from Oklahoma Wesleyan and then went to graduate school at Seton Hall University and graduated with honors with her Masters of Since in Nursing as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2003. She then went back to school at Wichita State University for a Post-Masters Certification in Family Practice in 2005.

Tina has worked in the hospital and the Emergency Room for 16 years and for the past 14 years has also specialized in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. Tina is excited to incorporate HRT treatments into her practice to help her patients feel better in addition to looking better and improving their confidence.

In her time away from the clinic, Tina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children, and traveling to see the world.
