Philosophy:
I became a medical provider with the hope to empower patients to become involved in their own health. However, at some point, visits became less focused on wellness & prevention and became quick screenings for cancer or managing diseases.
I went from being a “healthCARE provider” to a “disease management” provider.
This is when I started to seek out more knowledge so that I could help bridge gaps in medicine.
One of these areas that I have expanded was in hormone management.
I started my career offering hormone replacement, essentially allowing the body to be so depleted until it becomes symptomatic.
Now, I discuss with my patients our goal to optimize their hormone levels and allow them to experience benefits of how their body is ideally meant to function.
My goal of being a provider has always been about education and empowerment.
I want my patients to be able to be confident in who they are and feel their best.
Aging isn’t just about appearance, but it is also about quality of life.
Not everything can be corrected with diet, exercise and will-power.
I have tried.
I pushed my body hard and even won a
National Title and competed on the world stage as a Strongman Athlete.
Even I had no clue how low my own hormones were prior to testing!

2001 Undergraduate degree- Biological Science Major. Chemistry Minor while taking post-graduate courses in Reproductive Endocrinology.
UW- Milwaukee.
2007 Graduate degree- Physician Associate. Samuel Merritt in Oakland, CA.
Vice President of her class.
2023- present.
2 year Fellowship in Integrative Medicine & Ayuraveda. Accepted into inaugural class and 1st PA in the country.
