Hello! I am Antoinette Thompson, but my friends know me as “Tonie”. I serve as an RN and the Medical Director for LIVE Hydration Spa West Des Moines. I also support our cosmetic services for injections and have been offering those services for over 10 years in my previous business. I have been in medicine for 23 years serving as a Nurse Practitioner for 8 years in emergency care and carry my Doctorate in Nursing. I spent 20 years of my life as a bodybuilder obtaining my pro status in 2002 at the Team Universe in New York City. I enjoyed the transformation of the human form and developed knowledge for the various vitamins, minerals, and amino and what they contribute to health.
