Stephanie Koos, DO

Dr Stephanie Koos is the Owner and on-site Medical Director of RenuYou MedSpa which she founded in 2019. She attended The University of Iowa with an undergraduate degree in Microbiology graduating in 2002. She then went onto to medical school at Des Moines University graduating in 2007. She worked as a Board Certified Family Physician for 5 years then transitioned to Emergency Medicine and has been working in the ER for 12 years where still works part time.

She started RenuYou because she felt like there was a need for more personalized aesthetics care. Her goal for RenuYou is for each client to have an individualized experience not just a revolving door practice. In the next chapter of RenuYou she plans to focus more on women’s health starting with BioTe bioidentical hormones and focusing on women’s health.

Nicole Fellers, ARNP

Nikki received her masters degree as an adult nurse practitioner from Allen College after many years as an ICU nurse at the University of Iowa, where she also originally received her bachelors degree in nursing. She switched her focus to wellness and aesthetics after graduating with her nurse practitioner degree and has found that she has a love and passion for wellness and aesthetics and helping people feel their best. She loves helping her clients achieve their personal wellness and aesthetic goals.
