Tera Knepp, FNP

Tera received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2001. She then completed graduate school at the University of Southern Indiana in 2005 with a Master of Science degree in Nursing. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Tera has been working at Heartland OB/GYN since August of 2005 where she sees women for annual gynecological exams, gynecological problems, and routine prenatal care. Tera and her husband, Alex, have been married since May of 2002. They have six daughters – Braylee, Brynna, Brielle, Beilyn, Bria, and BellaMei. Tera enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, camping, and working with the youth at church.

Jonathan Frances, DO

Dr. Frances has been in practice in Washington since July of 2002. Raised in Knox County, he is a graduate of South Knox High School. Dr. Frances attended Milligan College in Tennessee where he graduated with honors in the Pre-Med program. He went to medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and graduated magna cum laude. His OB/GYN residency was completed through Michigan State University at Mercy General Health Partners. Dr. Frances is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Frances and his wife, Ericka, have been married since September of 1994. They have three boys, Noah, Evan, and Wade. They enjoy living in southwestern Indiana and being a part of the community. Dr. Frances enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in church activities, playing golf, and traveling.
