Lexi is a double board certified nurse practitioner in the areas of family and pediatric medicine. She has been an nurse practitioner since 2011.

She has a bachelor degree in nursing from Purdue University, and a Masters from IUPUI as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Lexi decided to expand her knowledge and obtained her Post Masters degree in Family practice. She currently practices in Indiana with a special interest in pediatrics, woman’s health, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and a focus in medically supervised weight loss. She is certified through BioTE Medical, specializing in Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. Lexi also provides aesthetic services such as Botox, filler, micro-needling and PRP treatments.

Jessica Shaffer, FNP-C

Jess is a certified nurse practitioner. Jess graduated with a BS in Nursing from Indiana University, 2009 and a MS in Nursing from University of Indianapolis, 2018.

Jess’ nursing foundation was in emergency medicine with the past four years as a NP practicing in retail health, urgent care, primary care, addictions medicine and virtual care.

In 2021, she became certified in aesthetic injectable’s and biostimulators.

Starting in 2019, Jess began her journey with functional medicine and learning how to implement integrative medicine into her practice. She has been expanding her knowledge in this area and has completed a 6 month integrative residency mentorship program.

Jess is a Certified Biote hormone replacement practitioner and continues her course work through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Jess will be the main provider at the Greenwood location.

Jess is married and they have 2 wonderful children and a to year old pit named Roxi!
