Bre Haglund, PA-C, completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne Indiana in 2016. She then went on to complete PA school at the University of Saint Francis in 2018. Bre started her career at Summit Pain Management in September of 2018 and looks forward to developing positive relationships with all of her patients. She has had multiple years of medical/surgical experience working as a nursing assistant before attending PA school. Bre enjoys being physically active and spending time outside. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Bre’s favorite part of patient care is watching her patients succeed and improve throughout their health and wellness journey. Bre strives to provide the best care for all of her patients.
Kara Hoover, NP-C, received her undergraduate degree locally at the University of Saint Francis. After four years as a bedside nurse, she relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, and continued bedside nursing at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Kara achieved her goals by earning her MSN- FNP degree in 2017. She relocated to Mason, Ohio, where she has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 2.5 years. Kara is very excited to be back in Fort Wayne, where she can continue offering high-quality healthcare to the patients of Summit Pain Management.
Breil Schutz, DNP-C obtained her BSN in 2011 and MSN in 2014 from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, then went on to obtain her doctoral degree in 2019 from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. She practiced as a hospitalist NP at Lutheran for 5 years and also has significant experience in addiction medicine. As a Warsaw native, she is excited to serve the community she was raised in. In her spare time, she can be found kayaking the Tippecanoe River or walking/biking the trails in Winona Lake.
