Tierney Lara is a nationally certified family nurse practitioner, specializing in the evaluation and optimization of hormones for men and women alike. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Kettering Medical College. Before returning to earn her Master of Science at the University ofIndianapolis, she spent 17 years in various facets of nursing, finding her niche as a critical care nurse.This is where she identified a major need for and a calling toward preventative medicine. Utilizing a wellness-based philosophy, she is committed to focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual patient. She is passionate about educating, empowering, and walking side by side with patients on their journey toward optimal wellness. Tierney practices what she advocates for her patients and is always seeking forward thinking to promote healthy living for herself and her family. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified by BioTE Medical. She has been trained to evaluate and treat her patients’ hormonal needs using a holistic approach that utilizes natural, bioidentical hormones. ? Casi Norman, FNP-C
Meet Casi Norman, a dedicated and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a distinctive expertise in holistic individual care. Guiding individuals from illness to optimal health along the wellness continuum is her passion.
Casi is a Hoosier at heart, growing up in Parke County: She graduated with her undergraduate degrees from Indiana State University and Indiana Wesleyan University, and her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing. With over two decades of experience in women’s health, Casi has been a nurse practitioner since 2017, excelling in both women’s health and functional/integrative medicine for men and women.
In her role as a nurse practitioner, Casi is committed to understanding, educating, and assisting individuals in achieving their optimal health. Her expertise lies in hormone management across all life stages, thyroid management, and addressing adrenal fatigue. Meet Sarah, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a unique journey. Graduating from Marian University in 2014 and transitioning from a career as a police officer, she gained extensive experience in the emergency department before earning her Master’s Degree from Chamberlain University in 2020.
Having personally navigated the challenges of BHRT after her second child, Sarah empathizes with the frustrations of traditional medicine. Now a Biote certified Provider in BHRT, she advocates for a holistic approach, aiming to identify root causes and empower patients to feel their best.
Beyond her medical pursuits, Sarah enjoys her free time in the CrossFit gym, where she can be found chasing after her two kids.
