Amy Dunn is the founder and medical director of Wildwood, an independent urology and gynecology practice in Boise, Idaho, specializing in medical urology, gynecology, hormone therapy, and medical weight management for both men and women. With over a decade of critical care and peri-operative nursing experience, Amy went on to complete her Family Nurse Practitioner degree through George Washington University in 2022, followed by specialized pelvic health training in urology, gynecology, and colorectal medicine, ultimately opening the doors of Wildwood in 2026.

It was during her years in urology practice that Amy’s passion for hormone health took root. She saw firsthand how untreated hormone imbalances quietly eroded her patients’ quality of life: the fatigue, the low libido, the mood changes, the sense of just not feeling like themselves anymore. Too often, these symptoms went unaddressed simply because no one had asked the right questions or offered a path forward. That experience has shaped her approach at Wildwood, where she now offers testosterone and estrogen replacement through Biote bioidentical hormone pellets, as well as injectables, topicals, and oral therapies, for both men and women navigating the effects of diminished hormone levels.
