She began work there caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients until 2013. She obtained her Master of Science in nursing in 2013 and began working at Family Care Group after graduation. Megan holds a national board certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the Augusta Chapter of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys family, friends, and traveling.

Michael McDaniel, PA

Michael McDaniel is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. He has been with Family Care Group of Thomson since 2006. He began his medical career and training as an EMT in 1995. While working as an EMT he continued to pursue his dreams of a medical career and in 2005 graduated from MCG as a Board Certified Physician Assistant.

Michael now enjoys the Family Practice environment in Thomson and Lincolnton and caring for patients of all ages. Michael truly has a gift of bonding with each of his patients. He brings experience and a lively and dynamic element to Family Care Group of Thomson.
