Dr. Brian Pratt earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1998.

He went on to receive his medical degree in 2011 from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. Dr. Pratt completed his medical residency at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine-Knoxville in 2014. He is board certified in Family and Addiction Medicine.

He serves on the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians Board.

He is President of the Georgia Society of Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Pratt is dedicated to the wellness of his patients and sees all ages, from newborn through elderly.

Dr. Pratt has been married to his wife for 32 years, they enjoy traveling to the beach and have four dogs.

Taylor Grimmett, PA-C

Taylor is a Rabun County native and graduate of RCHS. She earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise & Sport Science with a minor in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Georgia, followed by her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at PCOM Georgia.

Passionate about family medicine, Taylor loves caring for patients of all ages and building lasting relationships in the community. She also brings her background in exercise and nutrition to help patients live healthier lives.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her hiking the North Georgia mountains, cheering on the Dawgs, or enjoying time with family and friends.
