Ryan Phillips spent 6 years in emergency medicine as a registered nurse prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner in 2017. As a nurse practitioner, Ryan worked alongside
plastic surgeons in wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the Memorial Healthcare System. He decided to leave his position at the hospital to pursue his real passion for hormones, functional medicine, and aesthetics. He currently owns and practices
at Aesthetic Element Medical in Weston, FL alongside his wife Stephanie Phillips who is also a family nurse practitioner. Together, they strive to bridge the gap between health and beauty and optimize people’s lives from the inside out.
