Susie Guzman is board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. Susie completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing in at the University of Medicine and Dentistry School of Nursing in New Jersey with a specialization in Women’s Health in 2005. Her passion for women’s health led her back to UMDNJ where she later completed a PostMaster’s Degree in Nurse Midwifery in 2011. To her, one of the most rewarding aspects of her career, has been having the opportunity of being an integral part of such a special time in her patients’ lives as is pregnancy and childbirth. With over 15 years of experience in women’s health, Susie’s practice philosophy has always been to treat her patients with compassion, dignity and respect while educating and empowering them in making informed healthcare choices. It is her dedication and commitment in assuring a positive patient experience while maintaining quality care and safety at the realm that truly sets her apart. Susie is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient’s situation and adapts her consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate their individual needs and concerns.

Susie relocated from New Jersey in 2019 with her two sons to enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather as she is an avid outdoor person. When not providing care, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling and sports.
