Stephanie Derouin, NP

Stephanie DeRouin APRN-C was born and raised in

Tallahassee, FL. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing

from Georgia State University in 2016. She is nationally certified

through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners

(AANP), with her certification in Adult-Gerontology. Stephanie

has special interest in women’s health, hormone replacement

therapy, UTI, kidney stones and OAB. Stephanie is passionate

about providing high quality care. Stephanie enjoys spending

time with her husband and 2 kids. She enjoys staying active

through exercise and loves watching FSU sports.

Greg Lamendola, PA

Greg LaMendola, a Certified Physician

Assistant, joined Southeastern Urological

Center in October 2004 where he also

participates as a Sub-Investigator

for various clinical research trials

conducted through the Southeastern

Research Group. Mr. LaMendola brings

a unique combination of education and

professional training experiences. He

has a Bachelor of Health Science degree

from Methodist College in Fayetteville,

North Carolina. After graduating in

December 2001, he began his career

as a Physician Assistant at Tallahassee

Orthopedic Clinic in January 2002. Prior

to becoming a healthcare professional,

Mr. LaMendola played for the Wilmington

Hammerheads Professional Soccer Team

in North Carolina. He graduated from the

University of North Carolina at Wilmington

in 1996 as a certified K-12 teacher with

B.A. in Physical Education. Mr. LaMendola

is a member of the American Association

of Physician Assistants, the American

Association of Surgical Physician

Assistants and the Florida Academy of

Physician Assistants. He is currently an

active physician assistant at our offices in

Perry, Carabelle and Tallahassee, FL.

Jamey Sarvis, MD

Dr. Jamey Sarvis was born and

raised in the Tallahassee area,

graduating from Wakulla High

School in 1989. He earned his

Bachelor of science in chemistry

from the University of Florida

and continued at UF for medical

school on the military’s health

Service Scholarship Program

graduating in 1998.

Upon graduating medical

school, he accepted commission

in the US Navy and completed

a general surgery internship at

Naval Medical Center San Diego

in 1999. He then attended

the Navy Operational Medical

Institute flight surgery program

and served as a flight surgeon

with HMM-165 at Marine Corps

Air Station Miramar.

After his flight surgery tour, he

completed his urology residency

at Naval Medical Center San

Diego from 2002-2007. Post

residency he completed a

urologic oncology fellowship at

the University of Texas Health

Science Center San Antonio in

2009. From there he served

as the urology department

head at Naval Medical Center

Portsmouth until 2011 and
